Need Help Finding PHP Setup on Server

Postby JPowell on Thu Nov 08, 2007 1:54 pm

Hey there,

I've installed the php module in apache and, from the access and error logs, it shows that the module is loading and everything is okay (at least, no errors).

I've tried to figure out how php is set up on my server, but I can't figure out where I would get that information from. Can anyone here help me with this? It doesn't seem to be in any files I can read and the module is binary so I can't read it.

Thanks for your help :)

Hey there,

Just create a file called whatever.php and have it contain this:

<?php phpinfo(); ?>

and make sure it's executable. Then just pull that page up in your browser and you should have more information than you ever wanted!
